WA Contacts Extractor is a tool designed to help users export contact information from their WhatsApp Web interface for personal or legitimate business use.

You agree not to use the Service:

•In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
•For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
•To engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
•To send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment.
•In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

2. Compliance with WhatsApp Terms

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Any use of the Extension that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service is strictly prohibited and is done at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or sourced from WhatsApp Web), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developers of WA Contacts Extractor and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Due to the nature of WhatsApp Web, which may change its structure without notice, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation of the Extension.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of WA Contacts Extractor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies to damages resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Plans

WA Contacts Extractor offers paid subscriptions (the "Pro Plan") on a recurring basis:

Monthly Plan: $9.9 USD, billed every month.
Annual Plan: $58.8 USD, billed once per year (an average of $4.9 USD per month).

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

6.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to Pro features until that date, and you will not be charged again thereafter.

6.3 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you can either:

Open the extension, go to the subscription management page, and follow the cancellation link; or
Email us at [email protected] with your Customer ID (shown in the extension and on the payment page).

6.4 Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription payment.

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Your Customer ID
The email address used to subscribe
A brief reason for the refund (optional, but it helps us improve)

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for your bank or card issuer to credit the funds back to your account is outside our control.

6.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Outside of the 7-day window described above, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Renewal charges for subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date.

At our sole discretion, we may grant refunds outside of the standard window in cases of clear billing errors, prolonged service outages, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact us with the details and we will review your request individually.

6.6 Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at [email protected]. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct support, and we are happy to help.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
